West Ham Complete the signing of Mexican striker Javier Hernandez

West Ham United revealed on Facebook that they had completed the signing of Mexican striker Javier Hernandez, from Bayer Leverkusen for a fee of 16 Million Pounds. The Mexican will become the Highest earner at the club by signing a three year deal worth 140,000 a-week.

The striker scored 14 goals in 48 appearances last season for Bayer Leverkusen , and scored 37 goals in 103 matches for Manchester United over a course of five-years.

The Striker has the 5th best ‘Goal per Minute’ ratio in the whole history of the Premier League with a goal every 130.2 minutes. Hernandez is the fourth signing for the Hammers this summer joining Marko Arnautovic, Joe Hart and Pablo Zabaleta.

  1. Hiya, brill post! I think £16 million is steal for such a quality goalscorer, hes almost certain to be a fan favourite at West Ham. We have signed a lot of premier league proven players this transfer window which I am very happy about as that’s one of the reasons last years transfers went so wrong as players who were brought in were unable to adapt quick enough.
